Join Chef Jay from 7-8:PM (EST) on August 6th. Learn how to slice, dice, mince, chop, filet and butcher in this three part class on all things knife skills. The second installment will involve how to properly butcher meats. You’ll learn how to properly prepare cuts of chicken, beef and pork.
